Membership and Contributions

How do I get started?

You can get started by becoming an Adifund member. When you join, you become a co-owner with the ability to participate in decision-making and share in the profits. The process is simple and straightforward.

How much do members contribute?

Adifund member capital contribution is $3,000 per year. Members can pay their $3,000 annual contribution upfront or in installments: $1,500 every six months, $750 quarterly, or $250 monthly. This flexibility allows more people - including younger professionals and students - to take part in building Africa.

Strategy and Returns

How does the three-phase strategy work?

In Phase 1, we scale what's already working. In Phase 2, we build strategic strengths by matching regions with industries that amplify their natural advantages. In Phase 3, we optimize across the continent and expand global partnerships.

Is my money secure?

Adifund is fully owned and operated by its members. Every major decision is put to a member vote, with each member holding one vote. Membership meetings are open to all, financial records are fully auditable, and leadership roles are available to those who want to take a more active role. We make decisions together, with full transparency from start to finish.

How can I be confident that my capital is being used the way Adifund says it is?

At Adifund, we believe confidence is built on trust. That's why every transaction is traceable and every financial record is open to members review at any time. Each quarter, you receive a detailed report showing your contributions, the businesses your capital supports, and your share of returns. Our financials are independently audited, with findings shared transparently with all members.
